Marriott/Kier Choose AVflex™

Facing the space constraints of a city centre new build office/retail development, Marriott Construction/Kier Build contacted the Wernick Hire team after seeing the AVflex advertisement in Contract Journal. They needed to provide Welfare and Site Office facilities on a narrow 7.3 metre sloping strip of land. Most modular buildings are 9.6m wide but the flexible structure of AVflex meant that the unit could be adapted to the width and still have the internal flexibility to provide the required 2 storey accommodation. Support piers were constructed to overcome the slope and Marriott are impressed with the end result.
