Finished to the highest standard with lighting, heating and floor coverings factory fitted, Citycabins can be partitioned to suit your specific needs. Offices, toilets, shower rooms, changing areas, passageways and any other type of interior space you need can all be created to meet your requirements.
The Citycabin™ has a plastic coated, galvanised steel exterior that will give many years of maintenance-free service. The interior finish is of low-maintenance, vinyl faced plasterboard.

Specification
A range of jackleg cabins constructed in modern maintenance-free materials
- Walls
- Sandwich construction with plastic coated galvanised steel exterior skin, solid core insulation and vinyl-faced plasterboard interior finish.
- Roof
- Plywood deck weatherproofed with a fully bonded, flexible, high performance vinyl sheet. The roof is fully vented and insulated with an internal finish of white, low maintenance, vinyl faced plasterboard.
- Floors
- Plywood floors with a choice of finishes including carpet, vinyl tiles, welded vinyl sheet and PVC cove skirtings.
- Windows
- Top hung, clear, double-glazed units with black powder coated aluminium frames. All opening windows have stainless-steel friction stays.
- Doors
- External doors and frames are aluminium. Internal doors are hollow core pre-finished.
- Electrics
- Standard electrical installation includes twin 13 amp switched socket outlets, fluorescent lighting, wall mounted thermostatically controlled heaters all as per individual schedules. All fittings are in compliance with current IEE Regulations.
- Colours
- The standard external finish is Mushroom (10B19) with Black fascias and window surrounds. Finish to external doors is Red. Special colour schemes to order.
